How to Enjoy Hitsumamushi
Our grilled eel (kabayaki) is made with live eel, carefully char-grilled over a charcoal flame with our special sauce that has been passed down through generations.
Enjoy our signature kabayaki placed over rice...First, try it as a rice bowl.
Second, add condiments.
Third, add condiments and pour broth over it for a tea-rice (ochazuke) style.
Enjoy these three ways of savoring the dish.
